How to Properly Maintain Your eCommerce Site
Have you ever looked longingly at your neighbor’s perfectly groomed lawn and wished that you could snap your fingers and see the same thing out your front window? The problem is, it requires a lot of mowing and pruning and weeding, and knowledge about maintaining a healthy yard. The same may be true for your eCommerce site. Just like landscaping, your eCommerce site needs regular maintenance. There are probably some things that need attention, but it never seems to make it to the top of your priority list. Or maybe you don’t know exactly what to do. Here are six of the most common ways that we help our Support Plan customers maintain and grow their eCommerce sites.

My name is Joe Winters and I lead Brilliance’s dedicated Support Team.  I love the idea of green grass, no weeds, and an abundance of healthy flowers in my yard.  The problem is, it requires a lot of mowing and pruning and weeding, and I don’t know much about maintaining a healthy yard.  More importantly, it just isn’t very high on my priority list.  That’s why I rely on professionals to do it for me.

As the Support Team Project Manager, I get to work with clients across the country and in various industries.  One thing that they all have in common is that they recognize the need to keep their eCommerce site healthy and profitable, and they rely on us to help them do it.  

So what exactly do we do for them? Here are six of the most common ways that we help our Support Plan customers maintain and grow their eCommerce sites. 

Security

Reporting

Most eCommerce software comes with a basic set of reports.  But sometimes they aren’t exactly what you want. If you find yourself taking those reports and exporting them to Excel for manipulation, you would benefit from our custom report building.  We understand the importance of having the right data at the right time.  After working with you to determine the details of the report, we will build it in to your eCommerce software so that you can run it whenever you want.

Troubleshooting
